Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes
- Skills in providing customer/member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Capability to maintain and clean the car wash/gas station area, ensure accurate pricing signage, handle claims/returns, zone the area, organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, and ensure a safe environment
- Experience receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, following procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork/logs
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and related tools to process purchases with various payment types
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining gas station/car wash equipment per company policies

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits to assist account decisions, build membership, encourage renewals, and promote Sam's Club products/services
- Provide customer/member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, and maintaining safe environment
- Maintain car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring safety
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain merchandise/supplies per company procedures, using equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required paperwork/logs
- Operate cash registers and tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types and items
- Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment and provide products/services per company policies
