  • Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, management effectiveness tools, and methods; owns delivery of assigned project activity/tasks; supports process updates/changes; solves simple business issues; demonstrates functional knowledge of supported business unit/organization
  • Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuation plans; participates in inspections; ensures first aid equipment and supplies are operational/stocked; maintains records; monitors for hazards; uses quality evaluation tools (e.g., walkthroughs); applies continuous improvement processes; participates in root cause identification for accidents; reports violations/accidents; implements audit requirements; creates action plans for audit findings; validates claim records and works with workers' compensation case managers
  • Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations; works with theft prevention tools; recognizes and investigates security breaches, thefts, and vandalism; reports findings; assists in implementation of access controls
