Requirements

Candidates should possess less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with administration support experience in a healthcare industry and familiarity with care and well-being resources. A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences is also required.

Responsibilities

The Care Management Support Assistant will contribute to the administration of care management, provide CM support by managing shared mailboxes and entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members, and completing other administrative functions as assigned. They will also provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs and requirements, guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with appropriate resources. Additionally, the CMSA will perform varied administrative/operational/customer support assignments, perform computations, and work on semi-routine assignments, utilizing standard policies and practices with some opportunity for interpretation and discretion.
