Candidates should possess less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with administration support experience in a healthcare industry and familiarity with care and well-being resources. The Care Management Support Assistant will contribute to the administration of care management, provide CM support by managing shared mailboxes and entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members, and completing other administrative functions as assigned. They will also provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs and requirements, guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with appropriate resources. Additionally, the CMSA will perform varied administrative/operational/customer support assignments, perform computations, and work on semi-routine assignments, utilizing standard policies and practices with some opportunity for interpretation and discretion.
