Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction in the assigned area for the ultrasound diagnostics and related equipment (US) segment
  • Maximize business growth and profits for customers and products
  • Manage labor for US Advanced Field Engineers, including work environment and talent development
  • Improve operational processes to establish sustainable business operations
  • Stay knowledgeable on market trends and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), collaborating with US Sales Headquarters to contribute to share gains through services
  • Build strong relationships with dealers tailored to each region to promote independent service commercials
  • Explore dealer delivery models rooted in the area and optimize region-specific business models
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers in the area to enhance relationships and improve field operations
  • Coordinate smooth responses for new product introductions, quality issues, training, and programs in collaboration with global teams and other regions
  • Promote team and individual growth through coaching
  • Act as the responsible technical expert for the area, leading CS escalations by involving other departments (sales, tech support, GSPO, headquarters)
  • Utilize ServiceMax for information management, commit to business metrics and key KPIs (MSA/ODS/FE inventory), and execute initiatives
  • Ensure compliance adherence and lead EHS (environment, health, safety) activities to support service operations
  • Manage and coordinate installation, inspection, and repair processes
