Requirements

  • 2-3 years or more of sales experience in the medical industry
  • Sales experience to hospitals, regardless of product (not limited to ultrasound equipment)
  • Ability to flexibly respond to changes in the market or environment without fear
  • Strong challenge spirit and excellent self-management skills
  • Valid ordinary motor vehicle license (driver's license)
  • English proficiency: Not required (but may be needed post-employment depending on career direction)

Responsibilities

  • Sales and expansion of ultrasound diagnostic equipment to doctors and technicians at universities, national/public hospitals, general hospitals, and private practices
  • Follow-up on existing customers, new customer development, and creation of new markets
  • Strategic approach to budget-controlled and core hospitals
  • Build and utilize relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gain market share
  • Conduct awareness and educational activities to improve medical quality
  • Maximize sales amount, profit, and market share in the responsible area, and achieve high customer satisfaction through products and solutions
  • Plan and execute product demonstrations, customer visits, and follow-ups
  • Create, record, and maintain customer information, including key information on KOLs essential for negotiations
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships by maximizing the use of team and company resources
  • Interact with related functions (sales, marketing, service team, etc.) to maximize sales development potential and handle leads
  • Provide sales support for products and solutions in the responsible area
  • Use information tools to grasp market information (including competitor information), and provide accurate current data and forecasted information to customers
  • Provide technical advice, latest medical information, and clinical data
  • Collaborate and cooperate beyond modality boundaries
