Responsibilities
Meet required targets for existing upmarket customers, including financial targets for Upsell, Churn & Downsell
Report pipeline, commit, and overall achievement to the Sales Manager each week using provided tools
Work with Marketing & Channel to develop upsell activity and programs, ensuring sufficient pipeline generation to meet quotas
Focus on account-based customer satisfaction and sales strategies to ensure customer retention across the account base
Focus on account planning to penetrate the highest potential accounts in the customer base
Deliver reporting to provide leadership with key information required to manage the business
Deliver prospecting activities to self-generate leads and opportunities
Maintain sales forecasting and processes in accordance with business requirements
Complete enablement and training activities to become an expert in the field
Drive upsell opportunities across the UK in assigned segment and customer base by delivering exemplary customer satisfaction
Handle all aspects of sales activity, working with sales operations, marketing, and product marketing to build go-to-market (GTM) for the customer base
Work with operational teams to ensure strong customer relationships
