Responsibilities

Identify and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities to fill Associate Software Engineer positions
Interview candidates to ensure they are a fit for the position and the company
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent
Develop an on-campus recruiting strategy, coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events at the universities you own
Create and deliver in-person and virtual presentations to educate potential candidates on the career opportunities at Veeva
Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
Facilitate follow-through with candidates and the hiring team and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform future university recruiting strategies
Keep event and candidate records organized and up-to-date
Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and tools
