Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally within the community college, technical school, or higher education career services sector. They should demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with a hunter sales mentality and strong prospecting abilities, while also functioning as a collaborative team player.
The University Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with Career Center administrators and key stakeholders at community colleges and technical schools, conducting platform demonstrations tailored to their needs and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. They will also create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, collaborating with various internal teams to gather feedback and influence product features, ultimately expanding 12twenty’s impact across the educational landscape.
