Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, product knowledge, and drive sales
  • Prioritize guest interaction while maintaining the shop: organize products, ensure stock and signage are correct, verify pricing, clean and maintain testers/sampling supplies, and update merchandise displays
  • Invite guests to join loyalty programs (Target Circle and Ulta Beauty Rewards), share benefits, and assist with sign-up/linking
  • Encourage guests to explore beauty products by keeping the area clean, providing testers/samples, and delighting with surprises
  • Participate in weekly trainings on newness, trends, product knowledge, and guest engagement
  • Familiarize with prestige product ingredients/benefits using training resources, packaging, marketing, and store tools
  • Be knowledgeable about all store tools, products, and services
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely, report hazards, and comply with policies
  • Thank guests and perform all other duties based on business needs
