Previous experience as a UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant (highly regarded)
UKG Pro WFM Certification (highly regarded)
Previous experience identifying, managing, and solving project obstacles (highly regarded)
Knowledge of UKG Solution Design processes (highly regarded)
Background with implementation of UKG technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate in WFM migration and net new projects for key Accenture clients
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Develop innovative business function designs to optimize processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Conduct user research to understand user needs and incorporate them into the design process
Create functional designs that meet business requirements and enhance user experience
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process design to continuously improve the design approach
Play a key role in the design phase of analytics with UKG Pro WFM solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation
Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for UKG Pro WFM implementation
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
Assist with requirements gathering, design, build, deployment, and support of UKG Pro WFM solution
