Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-moving environment, and a strong portfolio showcasing both digital product design (UI/UX) and marketing/GTM design. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential, as is the ability to work across various mediums including product UI, motion/interaction, video, and print/event collateral. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/React is beneficial, and prior experience as the first or only designer at a startup is a plus.

Responsibilities

The UI/UX Designer will lead product design by creating intuitive and scalable UI/UX for customer-facing portals and tools, and own go-to-market design by developing visuals and assets for various collateral including demo videos, conference materials, whitepapers, and pitch decks. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a design system for consistency, partnering with product, engineering, and GTM teams, translating complex concepts into compelling visuals, and establishing the design culture, processes, and tools for the company. The role also involves conducting user research, iterating based on feedback, and creating motion graphics and video assets for product demos.
