Skill in User-Generated Content Moderation - Content Moderation
Strong resilience and coping skills due to exposure to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious)
In-depth understanding of content moderation guidelines and policies

Responsibilities

Perform Quality Audits to ensure service meets client and organizational goals and standards of quality
Enforce defined policy guidelines for all workflows assigned under the Content Moderation scope
Share timely quality insights to drive process improvements
Ensure timely feedback and track/report individual performance development
Work with the core Operations Team to drive overall quality standards defined per the process
Assess the quality of analysts on the project
Meet volume and quality targets for all quality assurance audits
Develop and maintain knowledge of client and their business needs processes
Develop and maintain understanding of client Service Level Agreements and department key performance requirements
Develop and maintain product, industry, business, and professional skills through on-the-job and classroom training
Participate in process calibration sessions with clients and cross-vendor teams
Take accountability for effectively handling escalations
Identify root causes for business-related issues and recommend solutions to improve client satisfaction
Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure timely resolution
Deliver individual and group feedback, provide coaching sessions, motivate, and encourage analysts to improve performance
Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content; investigate, escalate, and/or resolve reported or flagged issues
