Requirements

High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Basic computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to work in office and warehouse environments, including cooler and freezer areas (temperatures as low as -5 degrees)
Physical ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, lift/carry 1-100 lbs, push/pull, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, grasp/manipulate objects, and perform manual dexterity; frequently bend, reach above shoulder, and twist

Responsibilities

Use Truck Builder software to layout and assemble each trailer
Analyze output to ensure loads maximize safety and efficiency for loading/unloading
Maintain equipment and ensure proper supply of necessary materials; order supplies as needed
Respond to driver concerns regarding loads and adjust as necessary to maximize efficiency
Assist in loading trailers as needed to meet daily production goals
Other duties as assigned by manager
