Responsibilities

The Trend Researcher will write sharp, actionable creative briefs for UGC to drive performance and bridge communication between Content Production and UGC teams. They will collaborate with creative producers to shape messaging and angles for various platforms, and transform brainstorms into clear content plans from idea to final asset. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate creators, managing UGC production, researching trends, analyzing audience behavior, and monitoring competitors to generate breakthrough ideas. The role involves delivering bi-weekly social trend reports with actionable insights and examples, experimenting with AI creative tools, and overseeing production with a strong understanding of modern techniques for scroll-stopping hooks.
