Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic content plan that underscores PSA liquidity propositions: PSA Offers and PSA Consignment (eBay)
  • Write and format engaging posts that leverage real-time transactions, trends, insights, and collector stories
  • Lead storytelling-driven video content with a team of videographers, editors, motion designers, and production coordinators
  • Collaborate, execute, and report on special auction events with stakeholders and project drivers
  • Identify and manage influencer opportunities that expand our reach, both inside the collecting sphere and out
  • Foster a sense of community with reactive on-brand engagement
  • Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to surface collector conversations, competitor activity, and marketplace trends
  • Translate findings into content opportunities and strategies
  • Work with designers and key stakeholders to align efforts with overall goals
  • Conduct research and analysis on collector trends, sales, and hobby patterns to inform content strategy
