Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in corporate travel management
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with operational excellence
Reliable, courteous and flexible team player with a great customer service attitude
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and navigating change
Able to multitask and prioritise varying, sometimes competing requests
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently, making decisions quickly and taking initiative to close the loop on outstanding issues
Can work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and evening hours to handle urgent travel needs
Experienced with G Suite, Excel and travel management platforms
Experience with expense management systems (Workday or similar) and corporate card programmes is a plus
Previous work with Jira or similar systems is a plus
Fluent in English
