Responsibilities

Processing Invoices on a weekly basis
Settlement of invoices to prepayment are matched before Thursday of each week for payment on Friday
Posting the invoices accurately in Concur system (Training to be provided)
Collecting and analyzing important transportation and customer data to maximise the service to our customers
Other admin task if business requires
