Requirements

The Transformation Lead should have a strong technical background and experience in process development, data simulation, and project management. Responsibilities include building simulation methodologies to test upstream data impacts, managing projects from development to deployment, and collaborating with stakeholders to standardize and innovate processes. The role also involves conducting compliance assessments, monitoring and updating system processes for continuous improvement, and implementing automation strategies using advanced technologies. Additionally, the Transformation Lead will advise internal clients on process improvements and drive transformative actions.
