The Transformation Lead should have a strong technical background and experience in process development, data simulation, and project management. Proficiency in robotics, machine learning, AI, IoT, and data analytics is required. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, operations, engineering, product leaders, and clients is necessary. A deep understanding of end-to-end data flow and final product specifications is also essential.
The Transformation Lead will design, develop, and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality, focusing on Homescan and Omnishopper user experience. Responsibilities include building simulation methodologies to test upstream data impacts, managing projects from development to deployment, and collaborating with stakeholders to standardize and innovate processes. The role also involves conducting compliance assessments, monitoring and updating system processes for continuous improvement, and implementing automation strategies using advanced technologies. Additionally, the Transformation Lead will advise internal clients on process improvements and drive transformative actions.
