  • Mature our OKR practice to lead stronger agreement and focus.
  • Coach leaders and teams on our Product Operating Model (POM) to deepen adoption and impact.
  • Own portfolio-level operations that bring rhythm, visibility, and connection to our work.

You'll join a collaborative team of transformation leaders working to shape how we operate, scale, and evolve as a modern product-led organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities

OKR Maturation & Strategic Clarity

  • Lead the evolution of our OKR process, helping teams and leaders to set meaningful goals, connect outcomes to strategy, and guide accountability.
  • Be a coach and sounding board for leaders and teams across the business refining their goal-setting practices.
  • Design mechanisms, guidance, and feedback loops to improve the clarity and consistency of OKRs across teams.
  • Create artifacts and learning materials that help anchor these insights and best practices into our everyday.

Product Operating Model (POM) Coaching & Enablement

  • Collaboratively coach leaders and teams on the Product Operating Model, with an emphasis on decision-making, strategy formation, and empowered teams.
  • Create tools, experiences, and artifacts that help embed the POM in daily work.
  • Champion cultural shifts toward product thinking and learning.
  • Help architect and promote the eco-system that supports the Product Operating Model way of working.

Portfolio-Level Operations and Communication

  • Coordinate core operating rhythms across the product portfolio (e.g., business reviews, planning cadences, exec forums).
  • Further operationalize portfolio-level communications that grow engagement, understanding, and transparency.
  • Support visibility and coordination by managing the connective tissue between strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Create and execute a communication strategy framework to tell the story of OKRs and Transformation, but also as a best practice for other teams across the business.
  • Create and launch a change management strategy and framework.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading OKR strategy and practice in complex organizations.
  • Deep experience coaching leaders and teams in modern product operating models (e.g., SVPG, Agile, Lean).
  • Portfolio-level operational skills – you know how to design and manage the meetings, cadences, and communications that bring strategy to life.
  • Ability to build systems that scale, while meeting teams where they are.
  • Strong skills as a facilitator, storyteller, and relationship-builder.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in transformation, strategy, product ops, or product leadership roles.
  • Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation.
