Sales Enablement Lead

Position Overview

Xplor is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to enhance our sales processes through improved tools, training, and cross-departmental alignment. This role is crucial for optimizing our go-to-market strategy by managing new representative onboarding, refining sales playbooks, analyzing sales data from Gong, and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers to train Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on the Mariana Tek team, develop scalable enablement programs, and bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Additionally, you will maintain our internal sales enablement content in Guru, assist reps with product updates, and ensure our messaging aligns with the company's strategic direction. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage enablement programs for AEs and SDRs, including onboarding, 30/60/90-day plans, and continuous skill development.
  • Own sales documentation, working with product marketing to keep battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and positioning materials current and aligned.
  • Maintain Guru as the central repository for sales content and process knowledge.
  • Analyze Gong data to extract competitive insights, identify objection themes, gather product feedback, and understand win/loss patterns, then communicate these learnings to leadership and marketing.
  • Partner with marketing to prepare sales representatives for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Support training on new product features and ensure reps can effectively demonstrate them.
  • Identify process or pitch gaps and proactively propose solutions.
  • Analyze sales performance data to pinpoint areas for sales process improvement and create programs that align with sales goals, leveraging SalesLoft's capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or managing sales enablement programs at a SaaS company, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong understanding of what sales representatives need to succeed.
  • Ability to create structure, simplify complex information, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of sales psychology and the ability to create user-friendly tools.
  • Enthusiasm for shaping and improving go-to-market enablement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD (base salary)
  • Bonus: This role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
