Xplor is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to enhance our sales processes through improved tools, training, and cross-departmental alignment. This role is crucial for optimizing our go-to-market strategy by managing new representative onboarding, refining sales playbooks, analyzing sales data from Gong, and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers to train Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on the Mariana Tek team, develop scalable enablement programs, and bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Additionally, you will maintain our internal sales enablement content in Guru, assist reps with product updates, and ensure our messaging aligns with the company's strategic direction. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role.
