Requirements

  • Master's degree in Curriculum Design, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum design, development, or instructional design
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design principles, higher education pedagogy, and instructional strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, leadership, and subject matter experts
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, educational technology, and instructional design tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and revise curriculum based on data and best practices
  • Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and higher education regulations
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date curriculum documentation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership and faculty to define curriculum goals, objectives, and learning outcomes
  • Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, course sequences, and program structures
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and synthesize content
  • Develop curriculum and assessments that are accessible, engaging, and inclusive
  • Partner with the Training Content Developer and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of curriculum content
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across departments to ensure curriculum alignment with program goals and student learning outcomes
  • Maintain and update curriculum documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all materials
  • Evaluate and revise curriculum based on student feedback, assessment data, and developments in the field
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in curriculum design, higher education, and relevant disciplines
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum policies, procedures, and quality standards
