Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a relevant subject related to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Science industry, which is desirable. They should have at least 2+ years of experience working in Training Operations Management or a Project Management-focused position, such as a Project Associate or Project Coordinator. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively. Creative and problem-solving skills are also necessary to implement internal improvement projects and meet client learning and education needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and experience within the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry is highly desirable.
The Training Operations Manager will manage training operations projects across all Clario product/service lines, lead client meetings, develop and finalize training plans and delivery schedules, coordinate resource assignments, update project management tools, and communicate assignments to project managers. They will also coordinate timelines within the Education team, identify potential risks, escalate issues, manage the deployment of eLearning curriculums and instructor-led training via the Learning Management System, assist with training new team members, and lead/contribute to key process improvement initiatives. Furthermore, they will assist with addressing project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to escalations, and maintaining tracking documentation to monitor progress.
