Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, instructional design, compliance training, or a similar role. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and video editing tools is required.

Responsibilities

The Training and Communications Analyst will design, develop, and administer engaging Ethics & Compliance training programs, including SCORM-compliant eLearning modules, and manage internal communications for a global workforce. Responsibilities include creating multimedia content such as posters, slides, podcasts, and videos, supporting translation and localization efforts, and maintaining the Ethics & Compliance SharePoint site.
