Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise compliance and ethics programs is essential, along with knowledge of industry standards such as the AdvaMed Code and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Vice President of Ethics will establish and implement an effective enterprise compliance and ethics program, including a data privacy program, based on industry standards and regulations. They will oversee the development and execution of policies, procedures, and training strategies, provide oversight of risk mitigation plans, and establish monitoring and reporting on compliance efforts to the Board of Directors. This role will also serve as a strategic business partner, provide leadership to various compliance functions, and conduct risk assessments to inform the compliance program, while collaborating with senior leadership and steering committees to align compliance strategies with strategic growth pillars.
