Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Dublin distribution team to ensure on-time fulfilment of all distributor orders
- Address ad-hoc requests, including expedited orders, shipment delays, import permit coordination, shelf-life requirements, and artwork changes
- Collaborate with global trade operations (GTO) on solutions to significant ad-hoc trade challenges
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with distributor demand planning teams and trade representatives to discuss demand plans, open issues, risks, and opportunities related to supply and inventory management
- Maintain tracker of open orders and planned shipment dates, ensuring alignment to demand plans or managing deviations
- Meet monthly with Gilead demand planner to discuss latest demand information (incomplete in description)
- Support and optimize trade operational functions for EDM and Greece/Cyprus
- Work with key distributor partners across countries for smooth, efficient, and compliant trade operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Global Trade Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, Commercial business) and external distributors
- Solve operational challenges, optimize trade processes, and ensure distributors meet performance and contractual targets
- Build strong relationships with distributors and identify process improvements
- Ensure seamless execution of trade strategies aligned with business objectives
- For GR/CY Trade Ops (30%): Collaborate with local Trade Ops team on regulatory, legal, and tax requirements; participate in demand forecasting, ERP-related projects, logistics operations, etc
