They must be able to quickly adapt to and understand compensation systems, handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment, possess a collaborative mindset focused on productive challenge resolution, and be solution-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly based on feedback.
The Total Rewards Manager will coordinate, update, and execute Jobber's Total Rewards Strategy, acting as a resource on all facets of total rewards. Responsibilities include managing the compensation process (job evaluation, banding, benchmarking, compensation cycles, data audits, reviews), coordinating salary survey participation, providing data-based compensation analysis, manipulating data for insights and recommendations, applying compensation knowledge to programs with a focus on continuous improvement, reviewing compensation structures for pay equity and compliance, maintaining benchmarking data, and serving as the main contact for compensation systems and integrations.
