Candidates should have at least 2 years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment, and possess excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. They may be required to operate a motor vehicle and must meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
As a Tire Sales Specialist, you will sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals, inspect customers’ cars on the service drive, diagnose tire-related problems, recommend service, and quote prices, assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted. You will maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel, oversee customer satisfaction and solve problems that arise, complete monthly market analyses, assist in store operations, and assist dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained.
