Responsibilities

Durchführung von Service-Leistungen an Implantaten, d.h. Einweisung und Begleitung von Patienten mit Hilfe eines Programmiergerätes in den Ambulanzen nach Maßgabe des verantwortlichen Arztes
Beratung und Schulung des verantwortlichen Arztes und medizinischen Personals im OP bei Implantationen und in der Betreuung der Patienten
Unterstützung der Sales Representatives bei der Marktanalyse und Umsatzplanung
Überwachung aller potenziellen Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet
Dokumentation des Status als auch die Entwicklung der Implantations-/Prozedurzahlen
Kontrolle der Verbrauchsmaterialien von durchgeführten Implantationen
Pflege unseres Dokumentationsprogramms (hier: Neurosmart/One Drive/Sales Force/Implantationsdatei DBS)
Teilnahme an Workshops, Kongressen und Ausstellungen
Unterstützung des Sales Representative in allen Bestandskundenrelevanten Belangen (Adressenpflege, Aktualisierung der Ansprechpartner/innen etc.)
Kontrolle der Warenbestände (verwaltet eigenständig die Konsignationslager bei Kunden in seinem Gebiet)
