Kenntnisse über Aufbau und Interpretation von klinischen Studien
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, schwierige und komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
Sicherheit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Entscheidungsträgern des Klinikpersonals

Responsibilities

Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen mit dem Sales Specialist für die zugeordneten Kunden
Prozedurplanung und -durchführung inkl. Dokumentation (Start-Up Prozess, Training, Studiendaten, Erfassung klinischer Daten, Timing, Cliprate, PER, Zuweiser, etc.)
Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Patienten (Patientenscreening), auch online
Unterstützung bei Studienaktivitäten und wissenschaftlichen Projekten
Vermittlung und Besprechung von Studiendaten
Professionelle Unterstützung bei Kundenschulungen und -trainings
Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen zu den fachlichen Kontakten unter Berücksichtigung unserer Kundensegmentierung und Kontaktvermittlung für den Sales im fachlichen Bereich
Inventorymanagement
Präsenz auf lokalen und überregionalen Veranstaltungen
