Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
  • 0 to 8 years of previous sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare industry (0-3 years for Associate level, minimum 3 years for Specialist level, minimum 6 years for Senior level)
  • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented, customer focused
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
  • Computer and MS Office proficient
  • Active driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn, especially technical information
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding product features and benefits
  • Industry experience including clinical Electrophysiology (EP) Mapping is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems is a great plus

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed the team’s sales targets, including case support using Medtronic products and patient management
  • Effectively support procedures and introduce optimal technologies and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently work with channel partners to coordinate in-service schedules and follow-up requests from hospitals by providing standardized company guidance
  • Provide clinical education in the field of the company's products and/or services
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Marketing and Operations
