Requirements

  • Tertiary education degree
  • 3-5 years experience in a fast-moving industry, where product cycles are short (medical) or hospital
  • Demonstrate an ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate appropriately to all levels of healthcare professionals
  • In depth product and industry knowledge
  • Imaging interpretation experience (TTE or TEE, CT & Angiograms)
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Project management skill
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Passionate and self-driven
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Proficiency in writing, reading, listening and speaking English
  • Weekly report submitted in timely manner
  • Team player, and must be able to work independently as well

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure safe adoption and growth of Abbott
  • Transcatheter mitral valve/tricuspid valve repair - MitraClip/TriClip technical and clinical support
  • Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) portfolio - TAVR technical and clinical support
  • Works closely with implanting teams, surgeons and the Abbott field organizations to drive procedural and practice success
  • Assists in identifying priority centers, providing rationale as to why they fit the Abbott SH clinical/commercial criteria for development
  • Become the front line partner for customer interface
