Job Description

Position Overview

This role is part of the Sales Force within the EPD Established Pharma division. The primary function involves achieving sales targets within an assigned territory, requiring effective fieldwork with minimal direct supervision and daily reporting on an online system. The position demands meeting specific norms for call average, coverage, and frequency.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the division's products.
  • Promote the division's products in accordance with the established strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists.
  • Facilitate strategy building processes.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador for the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: BSc/B. Pharma.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior or current experience in the same therapy area. Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.
  • Skills: Fluent and confident communication is essential.
