Responsibilities

Prepare regional business plan and account plans for the territory aligned to local brand plan priorities for HIV; communicate required actions to achieve goals
With guidance, initiate systems to monitor sales progress and action plans
Identify and map out patient referral journey pathways within HIV in the territory and facilitate patient access to treatment
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
Work in partnership with Regional Market Access, Medical colleagues, and Marketing to ensure local access for HIV Gilead medicines
Establish and develop business relationships with key customers, accounts, and relevant key opinion leaders
