  • Experience in BMS focus therapeutic areas (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Promote BMS portfolio by presenting clinical and scientific evidence to stimulate demand for appropriate use in suitable patients
  • Maintain and enhance high-level scientific expertise in assigned products and disease areas
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products in the designated territory to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and conduct speaker programs by selecting speakers from approved lists and following appropriate slide review processes
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account management plans, including account openings
  • Actively utilize omni-channel tools (e.g., CE^3) to gain insights, reflect them in visit plans, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Deliver fair and balanced scientific discussions using approved scientific resources and publications to inform healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Plan and conduct briefing sessions at medical institutions to discuss label-aligned product scientific information with HCPs
  • Maintain advanced practical expertise on new data and collaborate with medical department as needed to promptly address off-label questions or complex inquiries
  • Collaborate actively with other field teams to ensure highest level of customer experience (Cx) for HCPs
  • Collect relevant insights and information internally and share with appropriate stakeholders to improve BMS services to customers
  • Communicate regularly with special store representatives to manage trends in assigned facilities for company products
  • Collaborate closely with alliance partners (for applicable products) to maximize customer experience (Cx) for HCPs
  • Conduct PV/PMS activities appropriately and within deadlines
  • Comply with laws, regulations, policies, and BMS code of conduct
  • Focus field time on external customer field activities
