System Reliability Test Engineer

Candidates should possess a degree in Mechatronics or Electric/Electronics Engineering, along with a minimum of two years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer working with highly automated processes. Familiarity with automation, testing systems, and their application in manufacturing, measurement, and assembly is essential, as is experience with PLC programming and reliability/failure analysis techniques such as MTBF and FMEA. Knowledge of current electronic design, analysis, and verification techniques, as well as experience with electrical measurement equipment and systems, is also required.
The Testing Engineer will supervise and continuously improve a specific technological process, ensuring production efficiency and compliance with requirements. They will control equipment and processes, propose improvement programs, conduct troubleshooting, supervise interventions, assist with new machinery implementation, verify machine results against requirements, analyze machinery capability, check safety devices, forecast dangerous situations, assure backup of control system software, manage production technical data, contribute to improvement plans, support 8D activities for process failures, manage operator training, report problems affecting production, and provide feedback on process or raw material changes impacting product quality. The role also involves ensuring operating, monitoring, and safety procedures are followed, and reporting to the Engineering Manager/Chief on the status of their area.
