Symbotic is seeking a highly motivated Principal Quality Assurance Manager with experience managing large complex integrated programs. This role will work directly with manufacturing and third-party contract manufacturers for autonomous robots, automated cells, and engineered structures. The position involves cross-functional interaction with customer sites and installation teams to ensure quality standards are adhered to in all aspects of installations, while also acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement in products and systems. The candidate will interface with suppliers, sub-tiers, engineering, program teams, and sourcing to drive high levels of quality and field reliability in critical sub-systems and components. Understanding the application of products and their use environments is crucial for strategically applying technical knowledge and methodologies to drive product quality.
