Proficient in defect tracking tools and test management systems
Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test cases based on project requirements
Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools
Conduct functional, regression, and system-level testing with minimal supervision
Assist in test planning, including analysing requirements and creating test scenarios
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and tools
Coordinate with developers to communicate defects and support debugging efforts
Perform basic configuration and maintenance of test environments
Maintain QA procedures on a per client/project basis
Maintain quality plan for existing and new client needs
Identify testing problems and generate solutions for projects or processes
Control and manage projects through systematic management skills and methods, assure all testing projects go smoothly
Troubleshoot in testing development and execution
