  • Strong communication and coordination skills with large clients, capable of efficiently advancing cross-departmental and cross-partner business

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage distributor business in target provinces: jointly plan provincial business expansion with distributors, follow up on inventory preparation and ST progress, assist in managing distributors' own WSR, and ensure continuous business advancement
  • Develop new channels and industry expansion: explore new channels meeting Logitech standards, create industry expansion opportunities, implement core SI undertaking schemes, and develop/maintain cross-industry joint partners
  • Achieve performance targets and control processes: meet quarterly/annual assessment targets per company strategy, establish standardized Pipeline processes, and enable visual, measurable, and replicable project tracking
  • Provide support and empowerment: manage distributor project expense planning and reimbursement, conduct Logitech product knowledge training, and produce provincial inventory/sales reports and Pipeline project tracking records
