High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred
1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome!
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
Applicants must live in territory (or close surrounding areas): Hamilton, Grimsby, St Catherines and the surrounding areas

Responsibilities
Learn to install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems (prior experience not required) to ensure proper function and appearance
Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandising solutions and providing service excellence
Gain new sales through new products and customers
Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys
Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs
Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations
Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified
Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule
Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 15 weeks)
