Requirements
- High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred
- 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome!
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
- No Immigration Sponsorship available
- Applicants must live in territory (Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York and the surrounding areas or close surrounding areas)
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified
Responsibilities
- Learn to install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper function and appearance
- Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandising solutions and providing service excellence
- Gain new sales through new products and customers
- Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys
- Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs
- Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations
- Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule
- Provide rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 15 weeks)
