Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow both the Trauma and Foot & Ankle portfolios across your territory
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams
  • Support theatre cases with clinical and technical guidance
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service
  • Develop territory plans and identify opportunities to grow product adoption
  • Educate hospital staff through product training and workshops
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Ensure accurate stock management and case preparation across your accounts
