Responsibilities

  • Achieve Surgical Vision product sales to new and established medical and professional accounts to meet sales objectives and increase market penetration
  • Create a territory plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in the prescribed territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend new products to address them
  • Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Support strategic customers and Key Accounts (KAs)
  • Drive growth in IOLs portfolio through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and new businesses, maximizing the portfolio of implants and equipment
  • Define influence and decision-makers mapping to develop and implement tailored business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in key selected customers
  • Present portfolio and equipment to clients, addressing their specific needs
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers to establish and prioritize development plans in key private customers
  • Track and report on action plans and sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Develop and implement business plans targeting accounts in collaboration with Sales Managers and cross-functional roles
  • Manage inventory, deposits, and CapEx in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide input to sales forecasts, report field activity punctually, and submit constant feedback to management
  • Expand market share and revenue for the anterior segment portfolio with major focus on IOLs
  • Support commercial efforts with other accounts in the region
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure product-market fit
  • Supervise sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
  • Provide comprehensive reports on market conditions, sales performance, and pivotal initiatives to senior management
  • Handle account management, territory analysis and action planning, product promotion, and tender management
