Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im MedTech-Vertrieb (idealerweise 3–5 Jahre) mit Verantwortung für Umsatz und Entwicklung von Kunden- oder Vertriebsgebieten
  • Praktische Erfahrung im OP- oder interventionellen Umfeld – z.B. als OP-Schwester, OP-Assistenz oder im chirurgischen Bereich
  • Vertraut mit Kathetern, Ballons, Stents oder Coils sowie sicher im Umgang mit anatomischen und interventionellen Abläufen
  • Freude an der Arbeit direkt am Angio-Tisch und im Austausch mit Ärzt*innen
  • Kombination aus verkaufsorientiertem Denken, technischem Verständnis und Begeisterung für MedTech-Lösungen
  • Selbstständig, flexibel und teamfähig mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen im Gebiet
  • Idealerweise wohnhaft in der Region Leipzig oder Dresden

Responsibilities

  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgebiets, von der Gewinnung neuer Kund*innen bis zur Betreuung bestehender Accounts
  • Unterstützung von interventionell tätigen Ärzt*innen direkt vor Ort, z.B. bei Schulungen, Produktvorführungen und während Operationen
  • Erkennen von Chancen im Gebiet und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Innendienst und europäischen Kolleg*innen, um Initiativen gut abzustimmen
  • Insights aus dem Gebiet sammeln, analysieren und daraus Maßnahmen ableiten
