The Territory Manager Market Support position is designed to cover for Territory Managers while they work on other projects, with an expectation to transition to a full Territory Manager role in approximately 9 to 12 months, as approved by sales leadership.
The work environment is frequently outside the office, working in the field visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions, with no direct reports and collaboration with internal teams like sales managers, accounting, merchandising, operations, and external customers.
Strong candidates will have sales experience preferably in foodservice, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a competitive results-driven mentality, and the ability to cold call, problem-solve, and work in a team-based selling model.
