  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
  • Proven sales background, ideally in medical devices/surgical fields with a focus on hernia or general surgery
  • Skilled at identifying and prioritising business opportunities in hernia care
  • Experience in tender processes
  • Relationship-driven team player who can also work independently with high motivation
  • Good understanding of the healthcare sector and surgical specialties, with interest in new technologies; experience in large organisations is a plus
  • Curiosity, engagement, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
  • Desire to make a difference in patient care and surgical outcomes
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed sales targets, with a focus on hernia product growth
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in hernia surgery, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement officials
  • Identify and resolve client concerns related to hernia products and procedures
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to physicians on the correct use of Medtronic hernia devices
  • Organize and facilitate educational events and training sessions on hernia repair techniques and products
  • Pursue new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes in hernia care
  • Collaborate with your team to develop synergies and share best practices in hernia management
