Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Credible approach and strong communication, presentation and listening skills in Danish and English
  • People focused team player, good at building long-term relationships
  • Sales experience, preferably from the medico technical-/device industry
  • Ability to spot and prioritize business opportunities
  • High level of motivation and drive, used to working independently
  • Knowledge about the health care sector (preferred)
  • Passion for new technologies and revolutionary products (preferred)
  • Curiosity, engagement, team spirit, can-do attitude and a wish to make a difference (preferred)
  • Experience from working in larger organizations (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth
  • Manage relevant stakeholders throughout the procurement process including surgeons, nurses, procurement officials etc
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Support and advise the physician on the correct use of Medtronic devices
  • Promote and facilitate education of the company's products and/or services
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and offer solutions to maximize outcomes for the patients and surgeons
  • Sell and promote the full range of Medtronic Advanced Surgical Technology products in assigned accounts in Denmark, in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals
  • Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery
  • Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by developing and presenting commercial offers
