Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, or a related field with 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years of medical device sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience managing distributors, creativity, a passion for innovation, strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent organizational skills are necessary. The ability to interact with all levels within an organization and travel up to 30% of the time is also required.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will increase sales and customer satisfaction in Victoria and Tasmania, working with the Country Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure superior customer service and product use, while striving to meet and exceed sales plans. Responsibilities include developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, securing and renewing orders, maintaining communication with customers on programs and pricing, increasing account penetration, developing relationships with physicians and lab staff, traveling as necessary, keeping current on new products, providing feedback to the corporate office, maintaining knowledge of competitive products, attending industry trade shows, and maintaining accurate sales expense records and customer files.
