Requirements

Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering (any subjects with electrical and electronics in curriculum)
Five+ years of basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay)
Knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Networking
Ability to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis and leverage expert help

Responsibilities

Installing and maintaining instruments and systems in a laboratory environment
Delivering basic operational training at installation
Providing effective product and customer support
Ensuring Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Modification (MOD’s) planning are performed in a timely manner
Seeking timely support for difficult product issues to avoid unnecessary downtime
Performing timely reporting of activities
Maintaining excellent customer relationships, specifically with directly assigned accounts
Adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards
Maintaining recommended spare parts for product range and ensuring appropriate spare parts stock
Travelling within the territory and available to travel on short notice
Providing on-site support for instruments
