Job Description: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Position Overview

This role is responsible for achieving assigned territory sales targets through effective field work and promotion of the division's products. The position requires building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets.
• Carry out effective field work with minimal direct supervision.
• Report daily field work activities on the assigned online system.
• Meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division.
• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.).
• Facilitate strategy building.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: BSc/B. Pharma.
• Experience/Training Required:
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy are preferred.
  • Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.
  • Fluent and confident in communication.
