Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the European Supply Team and Bulk Sales Team
Manage tender processes for Commercial and General Aviation customers
Input costs and fees into our Tender Management System (TMS) and Oracle Commodity (CXL) systems
Coordinate tender contracts and collaborate with internal and external partners
Assist with niche sales opportunities and ensure competitive market positioning
Support invoice queries and new business partner onboarding
Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to keep operations running smoothly
